Exhibition – Sean Edward Whelan – Visitor – VIC

Ex-pat and divinely intricate illustrator and designer Sean Edwards will be paying a flying visit at the end of the month, and will be putting on a show at No Vacancy’s Project Space at Fed Square on his return.

Seans detailed, transformed scenes of chaotic abodes and surreal cityscapes are reminiscent of scenes from Kowloons Walled City, and his ramshackled humanoid entities, formed from urban scenarios, are the kind of works that you can get lost in for hours attempting to work out what is within.

No Vacancy aren’t pulling any punches this year, and Seans show is another amazing addition to their 2011 line-up.
